CHA Winter 2009: New Basic Grey

I'm so thrilled that I was able to attend CHA this year. I've often drooled in from of the 'puter looking at everyone else's sneak peek pics and this year, I got photos of my own!! It was soo cool to see all the new product in person. Thanks to both Kari of Urban-Anthology and Elizabeth of Scrap 'N Yap for allowing me the opportunity to attend and experience CHA this past weekend.

Ok, let's TALK about BASIC GREY!!!

You all know how much I love Basic Grey right?? I just about died when I stumbled upon the BG Booth at CHA yesterday!!! BG doesn't disappoint...here are their 4 new lines:





I really love Porcelain and because of Kari's purple lovin' influence, the lavendar hues of Wisteria defintely drew me in as well. You have to see the papers in person to really love Marrakech. Hmmm, and since I don't have kids, lol, I can appreciate and know that Lime Ricky will be a hit especially during the summer.

And here are the page samples I took pics of. I'm sure most of them were created by Kelley Gorree, I'm not sure. But, if you'll allow me this one instance to name drop, just for my friend Sue on the other side of the pond...lol! My friend Susan and I actually sat next to Kelley Gorree at lunch time on Sunday. I'm a huge fan of her work so hopefully some of her BG mojo has rubbed off on me?? lol..Anyway, here are pics of the various page samples showcasing the new BG lines:

Oh..I'm in love!! I can't wait for these lines to hit the store shelves. Hmm, and maybe some of these babies will be coming by way to you in the form of an Urban-Anthology monthly kit?? :)
